What counts as one credit?
One credit = one complete prospect intelligence run: eight signal types researched, cross-verified, and synthesised into a brief with three cold email drafts. Contact Finder shortlists use one credit; expanding a contact to a full brief uses one additional credit.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits (Free, Pro, Scale) reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Top-up credit packs never expire. They stay in your account indefinitely.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can purchase a top-up pack (100 credits for ₹849) at any time on any plan. Top-up credits are added instantly and never expire.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying annually saves 20% on Pro and Scale. Pro annual is ₹2,999/month (₹35,988/year); Scale annual is ₹12,999/month (₹1,55,988/year).
